  Matt Smith is EMC's Microsoft Practice Manager for the Midwest. Matt worked for Microsoft Consulting Services for 4 years and has completed the Microsoft Exchange Ranger training program which is intense program providing in-depth education on Exchange troubleshooting, design and best practice implementations.
