• Customer Support Center

CPR's Customer Support Center will process your service requests quickly and efficiently. For service requests, CPR's Agents will work to diagnose and correct your problem over the telephone, will determine whether your request is under contract, and will dispatch a technician to your location if necessary. Placing a service call with CPR’s Customer Support Center can be done in many ways including: calling the Customer Support Center directly, logging your call on myCPR, or faxing in a service request.

Information Gathering

After placing the call the Customer Support Center will ask you a few simple questions and will work with you to resolve the call over the phone or dispatch the appropriate Engineer.

Resolution or Dispatch

In an effort to reduce costly onsite visits, CPR's trained and certified Customer Support Center engineers will ask you a few questions and attempt to assist you in resolving the issue over the phone. If an engineer performs diagnostics over the phone charges will occur on a time and material basis if not covered under warranty or contract. If the call warrants a visit from an onsite engineer you will be assigned a support request number and the dispatcher will call you back with the estimated time of arrival for service.
