On-Site Staffing

CPR's Call Center Agents will process your service requests quickly and efficiently. CPR's Agents will determine whether your service request is under contract, and will dispatch accordingly.

Customer Support Center

CPR prides itself on having friendly Customer Support Center Agents who can solve your IT problems over the phone. CPR's Customer Support Center can aid in the diagnosis of hardware or software problems, often eliminating the need for an on-site technician. CPR also provides warranty management and service reporting that lists the types of services performed and the cost of service, to help you plan for future technology expenditures.

Hardware Service & Support

CPR is an authorized service center for over 40 manufacturers. Our Customer Engineers are A+ certified and receive continuous training to obtain service authorization on new products as they are released. This allows them to diagnose any problems and facilitate the repair of all equipment whether it is in or out of warranty.

Disposal

When your product reaches the end of its lifecycle, CPR helps you remove your equipment, either disposing of it according to EPA regulations, recycling, or facilitating in the refurbishment and sale of usable equipment.

Warranty Management

Equipment purchased from CPR does not require an invoice as proof of purchase for warranty calls. CPR will provide the necessary warranty information to manufacturers so they can honor all of your warranty claims.
