New CPR Offering – Breakfast with a CPR Licensing Expert

Licensing and software assurance often generates confusion and questions. To help our customers better understand the ins and outs of licensing and to make sure you are fully utilizing the benefits you have purchased, CPR is offering a bi-monthly licensing Breakfast Briefing.

The intent of this 1 hour session is to highlight an offering or update, to bring you up-to-speed and then allow you to have your individual questions answered. CPR’s licensing specialist will host these sessions. Group size is limited to the first 10 companies that sign up. This will allow for interaction, individualized attention, Q&A time and the opportunity to address specific concerns.

If you are interested in attending a Breakfast Briefing contact us and we will put your name on the reservation list to be contacted when the first briefing is scheduled.

Out of Sight, Out Of Mind
Enjoy the Benefits of Remote Network Monitoring Without the IT Burden

Maintaining your network security while identifying hidden weaknesses is not always an easy task. And devoting the IT resources needed to regularly monitor your network is often an additional burden. But you can ease both challenges by outsourcing your network monitoring tasks to an expert, such as CPR.

Today’s remote network monitoring applications — such as Cisco Works, HP OpenView, Ipswitch and Netarx — can help us generate valuable information about your network health and performance. This data, pulled from firewall and VPN logs, helps our network administrators quickly determine which of your network components are overburdened, underutilized or at risk.

By hiring out this service, you can gain all the information you need to make critical decisions without placing an additional burden on your busy IT personnel.

If you are an SMB with numerous PCs, servers and a Web site — but a small IT staff — remote network monitoring may prove to be an ideal solution. Here’s why:
• Predict Network Problems Sooner
• Reduce IT Labor Costs
• Optimize Network Performance
• Do More With Less

Learn more about how remote network monitoring solutions can help us balance your network needs with your available labor resources. Call your account manager today or email us to learn more.
