Holiday Wish from Jerry
Valued Customers,

The CPR Team would like to wish our valued customers and partners “Happy Holidays” and a prosperous New Year. It is a good time of year to reflect on the blessings, opportunities, challenges and new partnerships that 2005 brought to us both personally and professionally.

Because of you, our valued customers, CPR had the opportunity this year to offer 50+ technology seminars attended by 700+ customers. We responded to over 28,700+ service calls maintaining a 4.77/5.0 Customer Satisfaction rating. CPR also consulted on 275+ projects, working in partnership with hundreds of companies in the West and Southwest Michigan markets.

In 2006 we will continue to support you and our community by supporting local businesses, and by volunteering for and contributing to local charities. We will continue to work on implementing solutions that meet your business needs and will do so with your companies’ best interests in mind.

Thank you for being our customers. We wish you a healthy, happy and prosperous New Year.

Jerry Engle & The CPR Team

Have you met DAVE?
Have you met DAVE? As the newest member of the CPR Security Team, DAVE may be doing most of the traveling, expanding CPR beyond Michigan. Luckily, DAVE requires no lodging or meals expenses.

As you’ve probably guessed, DAVE is not a person. DAVE stands for Device Available Virtually Everywhere! DAVE is the CPR Security Team’s remote security probe. This probe, encased in a military-grade case, can be shipped almost anywhere. Once plugged into a network, DAVE will “call home,” allowing a CPR Security Team member to actively assess a network.

If you are interested in learning more about DAVE or CPR’s Security Services, contact the CPR Customer Support Center or Click Here.

Managing Spam and Email
Discover the benefits of Managed Email Security
CPR recently began implementing an affordable, managed email security system for our customers. The tool assists in managing email by filtering out suspicious and unwanted spam messages and by preventing the sending of confidential or inappropriate content. We have heard such great feedback from our customers that we decided to feature this special offering in the December e.News. One CPR customer stated, “Prior to Managed Email Security, I was receiving 30+ unwanted emails a day. Once the final implementation was tweaked, I received zero unwanted emails.” Additional CPR customers have had similar results.

What does a Managed Email Security do?
• Controls what comes in
Knows what goes out
Encrypts your email
Keeps your company compliant
• Manages your email
