The CPR Team would like to wish our valued customers and partners Happy Holidays and a prosperous New Year. It is a good time of year to reflect on the blessings, opportunities, challenges and new partnerships that 2004 brought to us both personally and professionally.

Because of you, our valued customers, CPR had the opportunity this year to offer 23 free technology seminars attended by 395 customers. We responded to over 33,000 service calls, maintaining a 4.76/5.0 Customer Satisfaction rating. CPR also consulted on 250+ projects, working in partnership with hundreds of companies in the West and Southwest Michigan markets.

In 2005 we are aiming even higher. As stated in our mission statement CPR is “constantly striving for new and better ways to serve our customers,” and we do so while providing the best level of customer service possible. Most importantly, we will continue to perform to the highest standards of ethics and quality.

We are proud to be the number one IT provider in West Michigan, and we know that it is because of our customers. We will continue to support you and our community by supporting local businesses, and by volunteering for and contributing to local charities. We will continue to work on implementing solutions that meet your business needs and will do so with your companies’ best interests in mind.
