CPR's Business Continuity Practice
CPR can assist in the creation, review, or testing of a Business Continuity Plan to help organizations prepare and efficiently recover from an unexpected interruption. A Business Continuity Plan will prepare your organization to continue critical business functions under any circumstances. It consists of two fundamental components: Disaster Prevention Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning. It is CPR’s attention to the risk mitigation details, in addition to traditional disaster recovery planning, that makes our approach unique in the industry.

Specialized Backup Concerns
How confident are you with your backups?
Did you know many applications require specific backup and recovery plans? Many backup software vendors such as Veritas, Commvault, and Computer Associates have developed agents specific to the backup requirements of many applications. Below is a partial list of applications that require a specialized backup and recovery plan:
Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft SQLServer and Other Databases (Oracle, Sybase, DB2, etc.)
Exchange and Other Messaging Systems (GroupWise, Lotus Notes, etc..)

CPR can work with you to ensure that proper protocols are implemented so your backups are working and ready when the need arises.
