Technology Feature of the Month —
Onsite Managed Services
Does this sound familiar?
There are too many “chore” tasks, and not enough time for “core” strategies
You don’t have the skill set on you current staff for your specialized needs
There are too may high capital or “surprise” expenses for projects and support
The “best efforts” of your internal personnel are just not good enough
You are experiencing difficulty filling positions with the right skill set.
Employee replacement costs are high, and they need ongoing training and certifications
Wage pressure never stops – everybody wants more

2008 promises to be a challenging year. In addition to normal business support requirements, IT budgets are tighter and personnel cost pressures will expand
.
Wringing the expense out of your business may require some new thinking – and a different approach. Managed Services can be an option to help organizations with cost-reduction and cost-containment strategies by paying a fixed monthly fee for services with a contracted Service Level Agreement.

CPR’s Onsite Managed Services is an ideal choice for customers who have decided to outsource either a complete IT support function or a horizontal / vertical segment of their existing IT business. For the complete article, click here.
