Technology
Feature of the Month —
Onsite Managed Services |
Does
this sound familiar? |
| • |
There
are too many “chore” tasks, and not enough time for “core”
strategies |
| • |
You
don’t have the skill set on you current staff for your specialized
needs |
| • |
There
are too may high capital or “surprise” expenses for
projects and support |
| • |
The
“best efforts” of your internal personnel are just not
good enough |
| • |
You
are experiencing difficulty filling positions with the right skill
set. |
| • |
Employee
replacement costs are high, and they need ongoing training and certifications |
| • |
Wage
pressure never stops – everybody wants more |
|
2008 promises to be a challenging year. In addition to normal business
support requirements, IT budgets are tighter and personnel cost
pressures will expand.
|
Wringing
the expense out of your business may require some new thinking –
and a different approach. Managed Services can be an option to help
organizations with cost-reduction and cost-containment strategies
by paying a fixed monthly fee for services with a contracted Service
Level Agreement.
CPR’s Onsite Managed Services is an ideal choice for customers
who have decided to outsource either a complete IT support function
or a horizontal / vertical segment of their existing IT business.
