The CPR Trusted IT Advisor Approach
Does your company have a strategic plan? Do you have a strategic IT Plan? Are they aligned? CPR has developed a solution to help you develop your company’s IT plan. Small and Medium businesses don’t often have the budget to dedicate IT Management to developing IT strategies? Day to day challenges often interfere with establishing and accomplishing long term goals and objectives.

CPR employs senior consulting staff that have years of experience in developing IT plans that will enable your business strategy. Working with you, we will customize a plan, formulate a strategy, outline an implementation approach and set measurements. Part of the CPR Trusted IT Advisor Approach is to develop a strategy, establish budgets, resources planning, provide recommendations, objectives and standards. We will then work with you throughout the year to help meet your goals, meeting quarterly with your IT Advisor and monthly with your senior engineer who will oversee the daily activities of your assigned onsite customer support engineer.

Malware – Spyware, Adware – Protect Yourself!
Are you experiencing pop-ups even if you have a pop-up blocker? Is there a decrease in your computer's performance? Has your browser been redirected to another site when you go to a search engine such as Google? If so, you may be experiencing the symptoms of Spyware. Spyware is software installed on a computer without the user’s knowledge. Spyware can gather information about users which may include key loggers, scredevices, and trojans. Advertising spyware en capture (Adware) is used for gathering personal information including passwords, email addresses and browsing habits. Spyware is frequently installed unknowingly by downloading free utilities such as add-on search bars, and peer-to-peer file sharing services is also a major spyware delivery vector. Sometimes simply visiting the wrong website causes your machine to become infected. Further, users "fixing" the problem yourself may install unlicensed software into your environment.

In response to these issues, CPR has developed an offering to help you remove spyware and prevent it from reoccurring. Based on the depth of your problem CPR may be able to recommend a remedy for you to perform or CPR can perform an onsite visit to take care of the problem for you. There are tools available that allow you to remove spyware yourself. The solution you choose should offer scanning, cleaning, real time monitoring, and immunization against future attacks. Whether you decide to attempt to remove spyware yourself or have CPR do it for you we will be here to help you. If you would like to talk to a CPR technician about Malware and Spyware please contact your account manager or click here.
