CPR has a number of customers with these products, are you one of them? If you have purchased the Symantec Norton Anti-Virus Corporate Edition or the Symantec Enterprise Edition you should receive the media from Symantec directly, free of charge. Unfortunately you may have to wait months for software that is only $30.00 and could protect you from costly downtime. If you have not received your free version of the software, CPR can expedite an order for the media and perform the installation at a Time and Material rate. CPR wants to make you aware of this version change and recommend that you pursue an upgrade. You may also choose to apply the upgrade yourself, either way, we highly recommend applying the appropriate patches and upgrades to protect you from business disruptions.
