ProView IT
Gartner states that the average company experiences 2 hours of downtime per week. Calculate 14 days/year @ 5% of available uptime… Downtime has become the #1 expense in IT!

What would happen to:
Your productivity: if your network — connecting your PCs, printers
and copiers— no longer worked?
Your business: if you couldn’t email customers
or if your financial or ordering systems were not available?
Your reputation: if you missed delivery dates or mis-shipped
due to network downtime?
Your bottom line: if your employees couldn’t be productive or your
reputation was compromised?

CPR’s ProView Remote Monitoring Support Program will reduce downtime by dramatically shortening the time from failure to resolution, or even better, eliminating preventable downtime. At CPR, we monitor the availability of your critical services through our ProView system, and at the first sign of trouble either immediately inform you of the issue or our engineers will automatically begin the remediation process. In some cases, you’ll never even know there was a failure!
