Is a 99.999% SLA not enough?
Stability of Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructures is an ongoing concern for IT managers as WAN/Internet connectivity is vital for many companies as a tool to run critical business applications. Although ISPs offer SLAs up to 99.999% reliability, based on their network topology, this is not enough because it does not protect the company if the outage happens in the last mile of connectivity. Any downtime results in immediate losses and is unacceptable to most network managers.
IT trends, including the growing popularity of Service Centralization, Data Center Consolidation, VoIP, Supply Chain Management, and CRM tools, are forcing the need for 100% WAN uptime. CPR Continues to Grow
Four new Technology Advantage Account Managers joined our team. These teammates are Nicole Lower, Phil Seinen, Stephanie Saxton and Therese Barkholz. In addition, Dalene Newkirk also joined CPR’s team as a Contract Administrator and Charles Jipping joined the CPR Finance Team.
