New
Customer Support Center Help Desk Designed to Meet your Needs
CPR’s
new, revised and improved “Customer Support Center Help Desk”
is ready to be launched.
Next Monday, November 29th CPR will implement a totally new and improved
process for Sales, Service and Support for you, our Customers.
Through “Customer Feedback Surveys” you have emphasized your
desire to be in touch with a live person in our Service and Support Teams,
our Sales Team and our Bid & Quote Desk quickly and consistently.
Rest assured, we have listened, we have heard you, and we are ready to
respond.
On Monday, November 29th we are implementing changes to both our “In-Bound
phone system” as well as to our Customer “Problem, Query and/or
Request” response processes. All are geared to better support and
respond to your technology needs from CPR.
The process for you will be simple, two simple steps. Call our main number
(616-575-8500) and select Option 0 for our improved Customer Support Center
Help Desk. That’s it! You will be greeted by a friendly voice who
will take your “Customer Profile” information, then work as
your dedicated Agent to put you in touch with the appropriate Sales, Service
or Support team member to address your need.
If it is a service or support issue, you will immediately be directed
to an appropriate technical support staff member. Same is true if it is
a sales, project status or a bid/quote request. We will get you in touch
with the right resource, the right solution provider, at the right time
to meet your needs as soon as possible. Of course, to effectively meet
your service and support, sales or training scheduling needs we’ll
have to ask you to select Option 0 when you call rather than attempting
to contact someone directly (who may or may not be available). Teammate
direct extensions will still be available to you for other needs, but
your needs and requests may not be handled in as timely a fashion if you
desire if the teammate is unavailable when you call. Why wait?!
We appreciate you and we appreciate your business and the opportunity
you have given us to service and support your technology needs. Our new
Customer Support Help Desk will be there for you.

| Malware
– Spyware, Adware – Protect Yourself!
Are
you experiencing pop-ups even if you have a pop-up blocker? Is there a
decrease in your computer's performance? Has your browser been redirected
to another site when you go to a search engine such as Google? If so,
you may be experiencing the symptoms of Spyware. Spyware is software installed
on a computer without the user’s knowledge. Spyware can gather information
about users which may include key loggers, screen capture
devices, and trojans. Advertising spyware (Adware) is used for gathering
personal information including passwords, email addresses and browsing
habits. Spyware is frequently installed unknowingly by downloading free
utilities such as add-on search bars, and peer-to-peer file sharing services
is also a major spyware delivery vector. Sometimes simply visiting the
wrong website causes your machine to become infected. Further, users "fixing"
the problem yourself may inject unlicenses software into your environment.
In response to these issues, CPR has developed an offering to help you
remove spyware and prevent it from reoccurring. Based on the depth of
your problem CPR may be able to recommend a remedy for you to perform
or CPR can perform an onsite visit to take care of the problem for you.
There are tools available that allow you to remove spyware yourself. The
solution you choose should offer scanning, cleaning, real time monitoring,
and immunization against future attacks. Whether you decide to attempt
to remove spyware yourself or have CPR do it for you we will be here to
help you. If you would like to talk to a CPR technician about Malware
and Spyware please contact your account manager or click
here. |
