CPR Implements a New Voice over IP Phone System
CPR is excited to announce the installation and implementation of a new Cisco Voice over IP phone system. VoIP telecommunications technology promises a single architecture for all voice, data, wireless & video communications in one telecommunications network, thus reducing costs and enhancing CPR’s ability to serve our customers. The converged network’s new capabilities will greatly improve the efficiency of the CPR Customer Support Center. IP-based solutions can help Customer Support Agents answer more calls, complete them in less time and increase customer satisfaction.

“As West Michigan’s leading IT solutions provider CPR is committed to utilizing the technology we sell and service. The convergence of data , voice and video communications on to one network will provide CPR with greater efficiency and lower costs and most importantly help us serve our customers better.” states Jerry Engle, CEO.

As a Cisco Premier Partner, CPR has eleven Certified Cisco Engineers on staff. CPR has been implementing IP telephony Solutions for over 5 years for small to medium customers. The largest system implemented and supported by CPR has over 1500 phones. As an SBC Authorized Distributor, CPR can also assist in circuit design and installation and will manage the entire installation.
