• Warranty Management
Before choosing a service option please understand your service needs and equipment warranties. Warranties can be complicated. Warranties vary by manufacturer, as well as within the same manufacturer line. CPR offers annual warranty uplift contracts, enhancing a manufacturer’s warranty, usually providing better response time and insuring on-site service coverage and labor coverage.
What warranty includes:
- Any hardware that is covered by the warranty will be replaced during the warranty period as defined by the manufacturer.
- There is no additional charge for the cost of parts or labor if the repair is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and can be reimbursed to CPR.
What warranty does not include:
- If a technician must go onsite to perform diagnostics, it will not be covered by warranty.
- CPR's technicians will give best effort to perform a repair in a timely manner. A guaranteed response time is not covered by warranty.
- Some warranty repairs cannot be performed onsite. In these cases, the repair may need to be brought to CPR's repair facilities, sent back to the manufacturer, or replaced entirely.
- Warranty does not cover lost data, reinstallation of software, or repairs due to user error or misuse. Data lost during repair or necessary software resolutions are not covered by warranty. Users are responsible for insuring that all data is properly backed up.

Customers will be billed at the Time and Material / Block Time rate with an 1 1/4 hour minimum labor charge.
Customers are responsible for all costs not covered by warranty including costs of parts and labor and/or repair diagnostics. If a repair is unable to be performed onsite and it is necessary to carry-in, ship back, or replace the equipment, the customer will be responsible for these costs.
If any of the plans presented above do not fit your service requirements. CPR is more than willing to discuss what you do require and work with you to develop a plan that does. CPR also provides other services and support that are not included here. These include, but are not limited to: Internet Service Provider, Application Service Provider, Consulting, Cabling, Phone Systems and Application Development. CPR would be happy to share the details of these services with you upon request.
